How returns work
- You email a list of items you want to return.
- WCS reviews the list. Discontinued items, Non-resellable items, are not eligible. Products must be in original packaging with no markings on the packages.
- We send back an approved list and a 20% restocking fee applies.
- We issue an RGA number for the approved items.
- You include the RGA with the shipment.
- Upon receipt of return WCS will inspect for accuracy & condition of products returned. Any products that are not eligible will be returned to the dealer.
- WCS will credit your account within five business days of receiving the returned products.
Limits and timing
- One return per year per account.
- Annual cap: roughly 10% of your annual purchases.
- No fixed window each month or year. Submit your list when ready; we will confirm eligibility and next steps.
